With the "Search for a Provider" function not connecting to the Harmony Database, SDS offers people searching for providers by location and provider type the following Resource Directory:

SDS suggests that searchers also contact their local Aging and Disability Resource Center or Developmental Disabilities Resource Connection to speed their search. The ADRCs and DDRCs have access to the Harmony Database, so can produce a list of providers specific to the geographic and provider type request.
