Preventing Bullying at School, at Home, and at Work

Being the victim of bullying contributes to the risk of depression, suicide, sleep problems, poor academic performance, substance abuse, and other social and health problems.

Bullying is any unwanted, aggressive behavior like making threats, spreading rumors, attacking someone physically or verbally, or excluding someone from a group on purpose.
