Clinic Information

Neurodevelopmental Outreach Clinics

The Neurodevelopmental Outreach Clinic  provides screening and diagnostic services delivered by Alaskan Neurodevelopmental Specialists and a team which includes a Parent Navigator, to families who live outside of the Anchorage and Mat-Su area. The team brings specialty neurodevelopmental diagnostic care directly to rural communities and sees infants and children from 10 months to approximately 9 years old. The Clinic offers screenings, evaluations, diagnoses, referrals, and follow-up recommendations for treatment, care, early intervention, and education for children with neurodevelopmental delays such as autism.

Families who suspect their child may have autism or other developmental delay should seek a referral to the Outreach Clinic from their Primary Care Providers (PCP) and/or Early Intervention/Infant Learning (EI/ILP) provider to be seen in-person at local community clinics throughout Alaska.
