Privatization Studies

Section 57 of SB 74 directs the Department of Health & Social Services (DHSS) to:

1) procure a study analyzing the feasibility of privatizing services delivered at the Alaska Psychiatric Institute, in conjunction
    with the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority; 

2) procure a study analyzing the feasibility of privatizing select facilities of the Division of Juvenile Justice; and, 

3) procure a study analyzing the feasibility of privatizing pharmacy services delivered at Alaska Pioneers' Homes
