Who we are
The Statewide Suicide Prevention Council (SSPC) advises the Governor and legislature on issues relating to suicide. In collaboration with communities, faith-based organizations, and public-private entities, SSPC works to improve the health and wellness of Alaskans by reducing suicide and its effects on people and communities.

What We Do
The Statewide Suicide Prevention Council calls on all Alaskans to recognize our roles in building resilient individuals and resilient communities so we can act together to prevent suicide.
