Who we are

The Proposal Evaluation Committee (PEC) system ensures that grant awards are fair and given without bias.

If you have arrived at this page, it means that you have received an email invitation to be an external evaluator with the Grants Electronic Management System (GEMS).

What we do

PEC is a group of people selected to help evaluate proposals submitted to DOH.
