SHARP Advisory Council
Provides guidance on recruiting health care professionals
Who we are
The Alaska Strengthening Healthcare Access Recruitment Program (SHARP) is a program to recruit and keep health care professionals in Alaska. This Advisory Council consists of member organizations that employ health care professionals. Together, they provide guidance to support the program's goal to increase health care services for Alaskans, especially in rural and underserved communities.
What we do
Our Council meets regularly and provides input on program priorities and policies, budgets, timelines, selecting candidates, and other regular business.
Organizations interested in sitting on the SHARP Advisory Council can reach out to SHARP staff.
