2025-2029 Comp Plan
Released in October 2024, Strengthening the System II: Alaska's Comprehensive Integrated Mental Health Program Plan, often referred to as the "Comp Plan", includes a joint letter from the leaders of the effort, an executive summary, and ten areas of focus. Strengthening the System II sets out priorities for the next five years, guiding planning and funding decisions.
Each area of focus addresses specific objectives and strategies designed to strengthen the system of care for Trust Beneficiaries and all Alaskans.

- Helps people at risk by building strength and addressing trauma
- Offers a clear plan to improve systems and practices
- Creates long-term strategies that link efforts in communities to personal changes, benefiting individuals and all Alaskans

2023 Alaska Scorecard
The Scorecard is a tool that measures the health outcomes of Alaskans receiving care and services outlined in Strengthening the System. It is updated each year by leaders and planners from DOH, the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority, and other state groups.
The 2023 Scorecard includes new measures and stories that align with Strengthening the System and is now designed to match the Results-Based Accountability (RBA) framework.
