  • Conduct patient interviews

  • Offer brief patient educational materials

What about reportable conditions?

Those using this manual should report any suspected or laboratory-confirmed cases of reportable diseases. A list of conditions reportable to public health and the associated report forms can be found on the Report a Health Condition page.
