RHTP Impacts is a new interactive webinar series convening partners from across Alaska to collaborate within six RHTP initiatives:

  • Spark Technology and Innovation

These sessions are designed to spark dialogue, strengthen partnerships, and build momentum for meaningful, lasting improvements in Alaska’s health system.

Webinar Sessions

RHTP Impacts includes six separate webinar series: one for each RHTP initiative. Each series spans six sessions, bringing stakeholders together to share ideas, learn from real-world examples in Alaska and beyond, and collaboratively tackle challenges and design practical solutions.

Sessions are structured to build over time, beginning with shared vision-setting, followed by focused discussions on priority challenges, partnerships, and potential projects, and concluding with key takeaways and next steps.

The Healthy Beginnings RHTP Impact Series will convene stakeholders statewide, bringing together partners focused on strengthening maternal and child health as the foundation for healthy families.

The series will create opportunities for dialogue and collaboration, encouraging thoughtful exploration of new approaches. Participants will highlight examples of approaches that have driven real change in Alaska and elsewhere and establish a shared vision and baseline for transformation.

Health Care Access

About the Series

The Health Care Access RHTP Impacts Series will convene partners statewide to focus on expanding and sustaining essential health services across Alaska’s rural communities.

The series will create opportunities for dialogue and collaboration, uplifting new approaches to improving access, care coordination, and service sustainability. Participants will highlight models that have driven real change in Alaska and beyond and establish a shared vision and baseline for long-term transformation.

Healthy Communities

About the Series

The Healthy Communities RHTP Impacts series will bring together stakeholders statewide to focus on expanding preventive and primary care access, community health tools, and early chronic disease management. The series is designed to create opportunities for dialogue and collaboration, enabling partners to explore culturally appropriate and community-driven strategies. Participants will highlight examples of approaches that have generated meaningful impact in Alaska and establish a vision and baseline for long-term community health transformation.

Pay for Value: Fiscal Sustainability

The Pay for Value: Fiscal Sustainability RHTP Impacts Series will convene stakeholders statewide to explore innovative care and payment models that strengthen the long-term financial stability of rural providers.

The series will create opportunities for dialogue and collaboration, encouraging partners to examine new approaches to value-based care and coordinated delivery systems. Participants will highlight approaches that have driven real change and establish a shared vision and baseline for fiscal transformation.

Strengthen Workforce

The series will create opportunities for dialogue and collaboration, fostering exploration of new workforce approaches. Participants will highlight successful workforce models from Alaska and beyond and establish a shared vision and baseline for long-term workforce transformation.
