Overview

Alaska Medicaid, through their contractor, Comagine Health, provides case management services designed for patients with serious illnesses, injuries, and some chronic conditions. Their nurse case managers help people on Medicaid and their families get health care and other related community services.

Nurse case managers help eligible Alaska Medicaid members obtain access to high-quality, affordable health care.  Members have the choice to participate in the case management program. There is no pressure to join.  If they join, Comagine Health will need approval from the member.
