Centralized unit for reporting
Who We Are
We are a team from different areas of the Department of Health, working together as one virtual intake unit. Our team includes people from the Assisted Living Home Licensing (ALL), the Adult Protective Services (APS) and Quality Assurance (QA) groups.
What We Do
We receive all centralized reports and route them where they need to go. This includes:
- Reports of harm
- Critical incident reports
- Complaint and incident forms
- Assisted Living Home licensing reports
Our system sends reports to all DOH groups working with the program.
