Residential Youth Care: Long-Term Residential Program, Ketchikan
The Long-Term Residential Program provides as 9 beds for male and female youth between the ages of 10 and 17 who are in need of out of home treatment. The treatment program lasts 6 months to 1 full year. The program provides food, shelter, recreation, adult supervision, initial and ongoing assessments, a quality treatment environment, independent living skills, family mediation, and implementation of an individualized treatment plan. R.Y.C. utilizes individual, group, and family counseling under a team of professionals.
