Alaska offers free programs for better health.
Find the program that's right for you or someone you know:
Lower your blood sugar to manage diabetes
Omada runs Alaska's free program to help you manage diabetes. Alaskans will get the most benefit from the program by participating for 6–12 months.
You're matched with a coach and other participants for support. You work with a certified diabetes specialist.
You create a plan to improve sleep, move more, eat healthier, lower blood sugar, and manage stress.
It's all online. You can do it from wherever you are.
You get free blood sugar monitors and weekly online lessons that you read at your own pace.
Click here to check if you're eligible. Don't worry when the enrollment form asks if you have an employer or insurance. In Alaska, the program is free for all eligible adults.
All information you enter on an enrollment form is confidential. It will not be shared with anyone outside the health program, including with State of Alaska staff.
Alaska offers in-person programs to manage diabetes, but only in select communities and some programs have a cost. Learn more about in-person diabetes management programs.
Thousands of Alaskans have joined. Are you ready?
