Manage grants and support mental health service providers
Who we are

What we do
The team’s priority projects focus on helping people with mental health and substance use challenges through practical, community-based support:
-
Assertive Community Treatment (ACT): Intensive, community-based care for people with severe mental illness
-
Supported Employment: Helping individuals with mental illness or substance use disorders find and keep jobs
-
Supportive Housing: Long-term, affordable housing with services for those who have experienced homelessness
-
Recidivism Reduction: Reducing the chances of individuals with mental illness or substance use disorders returning to jail or prison
-
Peer Support: Connecting individuals with peers who share similar experiences to offer emotional support and guidance
