Overview

GovDelivery is a secure communication platform used by Department of Health (DOH) to send information to healthcare providers and members of the general public.  Users can sign up and subscribe to receive updates from the divisions and programs of their choice.  

Who qualifies?

GovDelivery is available to the general public and there are topics that intended for specific audiences like healthcare providers and other professionals. 

How to sign up

  1. Visit the sign-up page for email or text updates 
  2. Select subscription Type (Email or Text SMS) 
  3. Enter your preferred email address 
  4. Complete the Captcha security test and press “Save”  
  5. Agree to the Data and Privacy Policy 

This will then lead to the Quick Subscribe page.

How to use

Quick Subscribe page 

  • Check boxes for each channel you wish to subscribe to  
  • At the bottom, select “Save”  
  • Selecting “Close” will re-direct you to the DOH homepage 

Subscriber Preferences 

On the Quick Subscribe page, select “subscriber preferences” to access your subscription list and preferences.  

Subscriptions tab 

  • See your full list of subscriptions 
  • Remove subscriptions from your list 
  • Select “Add Subscriptions” to get back to the Quick Subscribe page  

Preferences tab  

  • See and/ or change your preferred email address 
  • Select your preferred update frequency 
  • Create and/ or change a password (optional) 

Questions tab 

Select your HP SD Affiliation for topics that present questions
