Telehealth support for people on IDD and ISW waivers
Overview
SDS has partnered with RingMD to provide telehealth services, with licensed clinicians available 24/7, 365 days a year. Telehealth services offered by RingMD as part of this project are at no-cost to individuals on the IDD or ISW waivers.
Services include:

24/7 Access: Around-the-clock telehealth support for people with IDD, and working with local hospitals and emergency services when needed.

Crisis Support & Assessment: Help during behavioral or mental health crises through quick, personalized telehealth support, reducing the need for emergency room visits.

Ongoing Behavioral Health Support: Follow-up care after a crisis, including telehealth counseling, regular check-ins, and help connecting to services in the weeks that follow.
Who qualifies?
Anyone in Alaska that is currently on IDD and ISW waivers.
