VFC Provider Requirements

VFC-enrolled providers must demonstrate a willingness and ability to maintain compliance with the requirements found in the Vaccines for Children Requirements Manual and links below.

When providers enroll into the Vaccines For Children (VFC) program they are provided access to VFC-funded vaccine for VFC-eligible children and also to Alaska Vaccine Assessment Program (AVAP) funded vaccine for AVAP-eligible children and adults. (There is no separate enrollment into AVAP for VFC enrolled providers.)

(Providers who do not have a VFC population but do serve AVAP only eligible children and/or adults may consider enrolling only into AVAP [contact immune@alaska.gov] and state you are interested in AVAP only enrollment.)
