Overview 

Children in Alaska may receive vaccines at no cost to them from health care providers enrolled to receive vaccine through the Alaska Immunization Program. 

While health care providers are not permitted to charge for the cost of vaccine they receive through the Alaska Immunization Program, they may charge for vaccine they privately purchase and may bill for visit or office fees.
