Annual Reporting
Each year, the EI/ILP Program submits a State Performance Plan/Annual Performance Report to the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP). Based on this and other reporting, the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) issues an annual compliance determination for all Part C programs across the nation and in our territories.
